World Ju-Jitsu Federation
World Ju Jitsu Federation Ireland is the largest Martial arts organisation in Northern Ireland with 80 clubs throughout the province training both adults and children. As Director of Coaching, I am constantly looking for ways to improve the organisation’s teaching skills and, it is with this in mind that I looked into training in the Life Long Learning sector and Conflict Management. After much research, the name ‘Quell’ kept coming to the fore and I enrolled in both courses, ‘Conflict Management’ and ‘Preparing to teach in the life long learning sector’.
I found both Will and Hilary to be excellent tutors and their knowledge base, and the way they presented the information, was first class. They certainly know their subject and were there for support at weekends and evenings which to me was invaluable. Will ensured that he put everyone at their ease and made the course enjoyable and entertaining. Hilary’s support on the course work was excellent and she gave clear and concise feedback on all subjects.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Quell to anyone wishing to develop themselves, or their organisation, as I found the training to be of the very highest standard.
