After an extensive search and appointments with various training establishments we decided to engage Quell to deliver trainer training for our company to enable us to comply with the new legislation being introduced in December 2009.
This must be one of the best decisions I have made. Even at our first meeting with them, their professionalism and dedication shone through.
The feedback I received from members of staff attending courses were full of praise for Quell’s professional approach to training to the highest standard possible and also maintaining a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the course.
We also find that Quell’s aftercare is second to none as no problem is too big or too small to warrant their help be it over the phone, e-mail or if required one to one.
On a personal note I have attended many training courses in my time in the security industry and I thought I knew it all as the old saying “you can’t teach an old dog a new trick” well this old dog did. I completed two courses with Quell, the City & Guilds 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Sector and the City & Guilds 1886 Deliverers of Conflict Management for Trainers and was amazed with what I actually learnt. I have a new and fresh outlook to training and how to deliver it and that’s down to Quell.
