I completed two courses with Will and Hilary – the City & Guilds 7303 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Sector and the City & Guilds 1886 Deliverers of Conflict Management for Trainers in preparation for the upcoming SIA licensing in the security industry.
I found both courses excellent, in terms of content, organisation & participation. I thoroughly enjoyed all elements of the courses and cannot speak highly enough of both Will and Hilary.
I am subsequently delivering training to the security industry under the banner of Quell and have been delighted at how helpful both Will and Hilary and their team have been in supporting and preparing me for my upcoming task.
