If you read the article below you will see comments from an editor at the Belfast Telegraph, and even though I agree with everything he says and inclusive of some other points I found about the front page spread in the Belfast Telegraph on 18/10/11, (Assaults in the Heath Care hit 14 assaults a Day) It does not surprise me that 48hrs after the articles and the comments by Minister Edwin Poots that nothing has really moved forward. It was only yesterday we reported the risks faced by the Loughs Agency and this article was sent to us by one of our blog followers from London.  Again it does highlight the subject of how our Emergency Staff are being assaulted and the incidents that they may face during working hours.  In this case the medic that was assaulted in the workplace had to remain off work for 8 weeks.
