The Quell Team has brought together some of the most experienced trainers, assessors and adviser’s in Northern Ireland. The team is driven by ensuring the prevention of “Workplace Violence” is maximised throughout the training courses, and the promotion of development through our workshops. Every member brings to Quell a wealth of skills and knowledge and therefore makes it one of the most popular choices of both individuals and organisations when selecting a professional organisation:
Will has experienced over 22 years of training in the Public and Private sectors covering many industries and specialising in workplace violence that incorporates, conflict management & resolution, Physical Intervention (senior trainer) and training trainers to deliver quality training. Will designs and delivers the training as well as conducting any Training Needs Analysis which is required before bespoke training is designed, he also mentors and evaluates the training team. Will has worked all over the world delivering Conflict Management & Physical Intervention training and gaining vital experience and knowledge which he now departs to others. 
Hilary has developed a wealth of experience covering 19 years in the Public, Private and not for profit sectors. Hilary has been a Training Designer and Deliverer of Training proving to have knowledge of training in many different industries and is our Senior Member of Staff dealing with the Awarding bodies and the learners Learning and Development. Hilary has worked both in the UK and abroad gaining essential experience in many fields. Hilary ensures that the Training is of an excellent standard throughout the Company leading by example.
John worked for over 20 years in the field of Training and Conflict Management Training both in the UK and abroad working both with Private Sector Companies and with Government contracts. John specialises in the field of Conflict Management and Health and Safety. He also conducts any Training Needs Analysis which is required for tailoring specific training.
Ian has spent over 21 years in the fields of training and conflict management within the UK working with Public and Private Sector Companies / contracts. Ian specialises in the field of Security, Conflict Management, Physical Intervention and First Aid.
Quell have an excellent pool of Associate Trainers, all specifically handpicked for the needs of the client and all with at least ten years’ experience in the fields of Training and Learning and Development. All associate trainers are friendly and approachable with a very professional work ethos.
